The web rewards about information source and communication are proven. In counterpart, they are disappearing from unsolicited exposure of shocking content or immature deed from user.

One of the characteristic of this new vulnerability is introduced by the mentor’s unawareness or incautiousness from Internet reality. The Internet offerings are multiple and a lot of children (also some adults) tumble down from these fascinations.

Traditional software based on technological filter is not enough to tackle this existent situation.  We need a new approach to go beyond the computer security and, to lend a hand to mentor standing by the development of self-governance, ethical and critical attitudes from theirs children and at the same time to keep a solid control on Internet at school.

We created the solution AxylomClass ® a 2nd generation of Internet control software based on an innovative approach without exploiting standard technological filter approaches and spying or censure methods but offring a Trust Mode strategy.

Educational perspective  :

  • offers a real new educational perspective to support teachers and  specialists to develop and to sustain self-governance, ethical and critical attitudes of their students when they navigate Internet. The concept of a Virtual Library in conjunction with individual navigation profile based on a Trust mode and a Real mode applicable individually are a real innovation.  

Technical perspective:

  • Allows you to decentralize Internet control to the teacher's classroom and keeping your busy network administrator to manage his priorities and not adjusting your actual security software (complexity/time). However, the network administrator stays in full control of our software working in complete transparency with all other software in place.
  • Allows you to manage Internet access individually to each student in regards of their maturity, their tasks and/or their real needs to access Internet totally.
  • Allows a complete and immediate flexibility to modify Internet access by the teacher for a group or individual in conjunction with their activities like exam, group project...
  • Allows to track directly each student independently of which  workstation used to access Internet  (including laptops) and not by presuming who is sitting in front of the computer.
