Do we have to install both modules (master-module and child-module) on each computer ?

NO, You install a  master-module on the parent/administrator's computer or on the server of your computer network. You install a child-module on all other computers including laptops.

Can we install the software on a multisessions computer (each user has a Password to open his session?

YES, You install a master-module under the administrative session only and you don't install child-module on each session. You must close the master-module as soon as settings procedure are done to have a full Internet control on this multisession computer.

The master-module is already installed, why I cannot access Internet?

In many case, the firewall software blocks a new installed software operation. Open your firewall software and authorize the AxylomClass operation.

Under administration session, why the tool doesn't control Internet navigation?

If you logon the master-module simultaneously with Internet navigation under your administration session the tool doesn't control Internet navigation.You must log off the master-module to get the control. This situation is only applicable under the administration session. All other situations, including other session on the same computer or other computers of the network, the control is total and complete independently if the master-module is open.

Why I can't list more than 5 users ?

The basic license is only for 5 users. If you need more, please contact us to increase the number of users.

What is the difference between the master-module and the child-module?

The master-module's main functionalities are:

The child-module's main functionalities are:

  • Managing Internet access and user's navigation mode accordingly with each user's navigation profile settled by the parent/administrator;
  • Linking all computers (immediate operational network) to the master-module;
  • Managing locally any computer in synchronization with the latest master-module rules;
  • Setting automatically the browser Explorer or Firefox configuration.

Do we must keep the parent/administrator's computer open to control Internet access and user's mode of navigation on other network computers?

NO, all child-module installed on each computer is managing locally any computer in synchronization with the latest master-module rules.

Can we close the child-module on his computer?

NO, closing the child-module shut down immediately the Internet access. The module will restart automatically in few seconds.

How do I do to selected websites into the Virtual library?

The tool is gathering automatically all websites visited during the learning period ( 2-3 days is enough) or for a quicker start, you can visited each of your selected websites under ‘’Favorites’’ located in your browser. At the end of this learning period, you must verify and validate each websites visited helped with an intelligent agent. This intelligent agent identifies undesirable websites located in the Virtual Library.

How do I add new websites into the Virtual library after the learning period?

Strictly and only under parent/administrator control , visited websites by each user under Trust Mode are available to upgrade your Virtual Library. The parent/Administrator transfers these visited websites either from the Trust Bank (global list) or from a user file (individual list).

Why do I transfer the tool to real mode? 

The tool under Real Mode is managing Internet access and user's mode of navigation. An identification screen appears as soon as a user opens his browser. The tool asks for a user's identification. The user enters his Login and Password and the tool recognizes his individual navigation profile. The tool manages the Internet access accordingly with the Trust Mode or the Real Mode of each user.

What is the impact for an user navigating under Real Mode?  

Internet user's access under Real Mode is only and strictly related to your Virtual Library validated by the parent/administrator.

What is the impact for a user navigating under Trust Mode?  

Internet user's access under Trust Mode is unrestricted. However, accessing website not listed in the Virtual Library needs a self authorization from the user. As soon as the authorization is done this visited website is recorded in to an individual list in to each user file or in a global list in to the Trust Bank.

How do I update the Virtual library with new websites?

Strictly and only under parent/administrator controls through the master-module, visited websites by each user under Trust Mode navigation profile are available to upgrade your Virtual Library. Parent/administrator transfers these visited websites either from the Trust Bank (global list) or from a user file (individual list).

Can I delete any visited website recorded under my personal file?

NO, Firstly, all visited websites are recorded in our software and only the parent/administrator accessing the master-module can see these websites.

What is the right software's uninstall procedure?  

Firstly, you must imperatively uninstall the child-module on each computer. Go to child-module uninstall procedure and follows each step. And, only after you are ready to uninstall the master-module.
