USERS
Button located on
right side of the master-module. This button accesses functionalities to manage
individually each user’s rights.

Automatic users
list creation
The basic
license
manages
a maximum
of 5 users.
As
soon as, you reach
your maximum number
of users authorized,
a maximum users screen
appears. If you
need to enter more
users, you download
a generator-module
accordingly
to your needs.
Under
the learning mode,
the tool is automatically creating
a list of users. To
do , you open the
browser, an
identification screen
appears. You enter
the user's name
as a Login and
you create
a Password
(3 numbers) and
you click '' Enter''
button. An activation
screen
appears and you
click ''Here''
to access Internet.
After few seconds,
you close the
browser.
You
repeat this procedure
for all users. NO
INTERNET CONTROL
is running under
learning mode
the tool is
building the list
of users up to the
maximum authorized.
As administrator/parent,
you can modify the
Name, the
Login and
the Password
and modifies the
navigation
profile
of any users through
their individual
user file. By
default, at the
creation of the
list, all users
are under
real mode.
NOTE:
With the professional
version, it
is possible to import
a list of users
already prepared.
To access the list of users, click
''Users'' button of the
master-module. To select a name
already entered, you type this name in NAME field (ex. Jack) and touch
the
''Tab'' key on your keyboard to locate this name in the list. Click
''Change'' button to access
his individual file.

To add a new name in the
list, click ''Create''
button and access window ''Create User'' windows.

For each user you
verify his Name and Login Name,
you create a Password and
you choose his appropriate individual
navigation profile either as Trust Mode or Real Mode.
As soon as a user
is listed, an identification screen appears each time
a user opens his browser
to access Internet. The user enters his Login and Password and clicks
'' Enter''
, an activation
screen appears
and the user clicks
''Here''.
The tool recognizes his
individual navigation profile and gives Internet access accordingly as
Trust Mode or Real Mode.
INDIVIDUAL
USER FILE
To access a user file, click
''Users'' button of the
master-module to
reach the list of
users.

To select a user's name
already entered, you type this name in NAME field (ex. Jack) and touch
the
''Tab'' key on your keyboard to locate this name in the list or select
the user's name
with your mouse
. Click
''Change'' button to access
his individual file or ''Delete'' to eliminate his file.

For
each user file,
to access different
information on his
file, you select
the appropriate
tab:
GENERAL
TABS
- The
box '' Name''
indicates
the name
of the user
listed in
to the list
of users;
- The
box ''Login''
indicates
the name
to enter
in to the
identification
screen;
we suggest
using the
user's first
name.
- The
box '' Password''
is under
the administrator/parent
control
and protects
the confidentiality
of the each
user;
- The
box '' Mode''
is the individual
navigation
profile
allotted
to a user
as trust
mode
or real
mode;
- The
box '' Bloque''
indicates
a complete
Internet
interdiction
for a user.

TRUSTED
BANK TABS
Access to an Individual user file for list of visited websites
under Trust mode.
Internet user's access under Trust Mode
is unrestricted. However, accessing website not listed in the
Virtual Library
needs a self
authorization from the user. As soon as the authorization is done this
visited website is
recorded in to his individual user file and in a
global
list in to the Trust Bank.
To
access
an individual list:
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' with
your
mouse ;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Trust Bank''
to access to the list of all visited websites;
- Select
a website
in the list
with your
mouse ;
- Click ''See'' button to look at
this website.

Verification
process under Trust mode
per each user.
You run an automatic verification
process with an intelligent agent to track all undesirable
websites listed in an individual user file. The
intelligent agent identifies
in red all
undesirable websites accordingly
with your key words list
prepared.
You access
an individual list:
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' by pointing your
mouse on it;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Trust Bank''
to access to the list of all visited websites.

You click
''Verification'' button to
access this window.

To lunch the
verification process, click ''Start verification
process'' button located on the left side of the window. The duration is dependant on the number of
websites and their content. You can stop verification at any time, just click ''Stop verification process''
button located on the right side of the window.
If during
verification process, pop-up windows are generated you just close them all.
You can repeat that
verification process as much as you decide.
The intelligent agent provides you
automatically this information during the process.

To access the visited
undesirable websites in the user file.
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' by pointing your
mouse on it;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Trust Bank''
to access to the list of all isited websites;
Click button '' !!!(-) '' on the top of
the first
column to group visited undesirable websites.
You access to the Date, Hour,
Website address of each visited undesirable
websites. To see these websites click on ''See'' button.
You also can run this
verification process from the global list of users.

Virtual Library upgrade from
a user file
Strictly and only under administrator/parent control
, visited websites by each user under Trust
Mode are available to upgrade your Virtual
Library. The Administrator/parent transfers these visited websites either
from the global list or from
a
user file. To access
the user file by following
these steps:
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' by pointing your
mouse on it;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Trust Bank''
to access to the list of all visited websites;

Select a visited website with your mouse and click '' See'' button to access this
window;

You have two different
possibilities for these visited websites ;
- Check box ''Authorize'' to
transfer a visited website into the authorized bank to upgrade your Virtual Library or;
- Check box ''Transferred'' to transfer a visited
website into the list of Trusted websites transferred to keep a track record of
this website for each user file.
Note: a website
transferred to Authorized Bank is automatically listed in to Trusted websites
transferred.
VISITED
WEBSITE TAB TABS
You
see in real time
(few seconds delay)
any user Internet
navigation activities
independently of
his navigation profile
as Trust mode or
Real mode.
To access
the user file by following
these steps:
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' by pointing your
mouse on it;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Visited websites''
to see on line a user Internet activities.
RESTRICTION
ACCESS
You built an individual restriction access
strategy by creating
different restrictive scenarios to schedule or to block Internet access and/or to schedule or to
block software
(Ex. MSN Messenger, Games...)
per
user. These restrictions
are applicable
independently of
the navigation
profile as Trust
mode or Real mode
allotted.
To access
the user file by following
these steps:
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' by pointing your
mouse on it;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Restriction access''
to build your scenarios.
Schedule or total
block Internet per
user
For a total block Internet for a user
you select the box
'' Bloque''
located at the bottom
of the tab '' General
''
in his individual
user file.
To
schedule an Internet
restriction,
you access the tab
'' Restriction
Access''
in an individual
user file and click
''Insert'' button to create or ''Change'' button under ''Restriction
Access Internet''
section to modify a
restrictive scenario. To build a strategy, you create as much as you need
restrictive scenarios.
To build a specific strategy
for a user,
you create restrictive scenario sequentially by clicking
''Insert'' button on ''Change user'' window to see
the '' Modification''
windows to build
your restrictive
scenario. You select
each element '' Days'', ''Hours'' and you click ''OK''
button. To create the next restrictive scenario you click again
''Insert'' button.
Scenario 1: A
restrictive Internet access for Jack on Tuesday
between 9:00 and
23:00.

You can build specific
strategy adapted
for each user. It
is also possible
to build a
global strategy
for
all users simultaneously.
Schedule or total block Software access
per user
You built an individual restriction access
strategy by creating
different restrictive scenarios to schedule or to block software
programs installed on any of your computers under AxylomClass control
for a user.
To access
a user file :
- Click ''Users'' button of the
master-module;
- Select a ''Name'' by pointing your
mouse on it;
- Click ''Change'' button to access
this user's file;
- Click tab
''Restriction access''
to build your scenarios;
- Click
button ''
Insert''
or
'' Change''
under ''Restriction
Programs''
section.
As an example, your
strategy could be a total block Software program access for Jack for
ever on the ''Freecell''
software and a restrictive
period access on
Wednesday afternoon
for MSN Messenger
software.
To build this
strategy you need to create two restrictive scenarios:
- Restrictive scenario 1: Total
block access
on ''Freecell''
software
for ever
and;
- Restrictive scenario 2: A
restrictive
period access
on Wednesday for
MSN Messenger
software
between
16:00 up
to 23:00.
To build this strategy, you create restrictive scenarios sequentially by clicking
''Insert'' under the Restriction Programs section and you select
'' Days'', ''Hours' and you click ''OK''
button. To create the next restrictive scenario you click again
''Insert'' button.
To build any
strategy, you create as much as you need
restrictive scenarios.
This
strategy is
operational strictly for the user named Jack. It is also possible to apply
a scenario for all
users
simultaneously.
Scenario 1: Total
block access on
''Freecell'' software
Scenario 2: A
restrictive period
access for MSN Messenger.

USER
NAVIGTION PROFILE (Mode
of navigation)
User Real Mode
Navigation
A user under Real
Mode access only and only websites
located in the Virtual
Library. An identification screen appears each time
a user opens his browser
to access Internet. The user enters his Login and Password and clicks
'' Enter''
, an activation
screen appears
and the user clicks
''Here''.
If
a user tries to access a website
outside of the Virtual Library, the tool recognizes his mode and presents a Refused website access screen.
To continue to access Internet,
the user clicks ''Back'' button of his browser to return to an
authorized website.
User Trust Mode
Navigation
A user under Trust Mode trying to access a website
outside of the Virtual Library, the tool recognizes this mode and presents an
identification
screen
and Confirmation
screen.
To access this
website, the user needs to accept visiting this website by
clicking ''YES''.
This self authorization
generates a recorded date, time and name of this website visited under his individual
user file.
To refuse accessing this
website, the user clicks ''Back'' button of his browser to return to an authorized website.
Trust Mode keeps his privilege to
an unlimited access to all websites available on
Internet.
A validity period
is available under Trust Mode. By default, the
validity period is settled
at 5 min. During that delay, a user needs to
confirm his choice to
visit websites not listed in to the
Virtual Library only once for the first website. However,
all following visited websites are recorded under his individual
user file during that delay.
